We collect only what you give us through our forms, and limited technical data needed to run and protect the website:
- Demo requests: name, work email, organisation, job title, country, industry, number of sites and, optionally, what you would like to see.
- Contact messages: name, email, optionally your organisation, topic and your message.
- Founding Partners applications: name, organisation, work email, country, industry, organisation size or number of locations, your main sustainability challenges and your area of interest.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information processed by our hosting and security providers to deliver the site, prevent abuse and keep it secure.
- Aggregated, cookieless website analytics, such as page views and referrers. These do not identify you.
Please do not include sensitive personal data in free-text fields.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your separate agreement.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the country where you are located, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and applications that do not lead to a business relationship: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Enquiries that lead to a business relationship: for the duration of that relationship and as required by law afterwards.
- Security logs held by our providers: according to their standard retention, typically days to weeks.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that has already taken place.

Security
Form submissions are sent over encrypted connections, validated on our servers and delivered by email. We do not store submissions in a website database. Access to lead emails is limited to the people who need it.
